Scope Notes: This collection consists of 5 color prints and 1 copy negative (for one of the prints) taken by donor Susan Ellis documenting the Flood of 1993 in Davenport. Photographs were originally acquired for use in the Weather Wonders exhibit in 1996. 2002.12.4 was used in the exhibit.

Ethnic Mosaic Exhibit Collection, XLI

Scope Notes: This collection contains 237 35mm negatives numbered 1-257 (numbers 80-100 were not used). These are primarily copy negatives made from the collections of private individuals and Quad-City institutions. The images document the ethnic diversity of the Quad-Cities. ETHNIC MOSAIC was a temporary exhibit…a collaborative venture of the Swenson Swedish Immigration Center and the Putnam Museum (Davenport, IA). Information sheets and release statements accompany the collection. Be sure to consult the release papers before reproducing any of these negatives.
