Expanding Access For All

The Community Access Fund ensures that ALL children have access to the Putnam—regardless of their financial status. A donation allows us to reach underserved audiences that would not generally be able to enjoy a visit to the museum, expanding access to the museum. Thanks to your investment, we can foster inquisitiveness, promote creativity, and advance understanding. Here are a few illustrations of what we can do with this funding:

    • Welcome entire classrooms of kids from historically under-resourced schools to our week-long IMMERSE program to learn about their community, their world, and their future.

    • Host camps that encourage kids to experience STEM and explore our history and culture.

    • Subsidize the cost of admission through the Museums For All program, widening our reach to underserved populations.
