Spend your afternoon exploring creativity, curiosity, and hands-on fun during STEAM Saturday at the Putnam! Designed for families of all ages, this exciting event features interactive activities that bring science, technology, engineering, art, and math to life through experimentation, creativity, and emerging technology. All activities are free with general admission.

Program Schedule:

1:00 PM – 4 PM – Virtual Reality Experience
Step into immersive virtual worlds in the Fab Lab and explore the possibilities of cutting-edge VR technology through interactive experiences.

1:00 PM – 4 PM – Dinosaur Tote Bag Screen Printing with Ms. Keosha
Get creative and make your own dinosaur-themed tote bag! Join Ms. Keosha for a hands-on screen-printing activity where you’ll print a dinosaur design onto a tote bag provided by the museum. Supplies are limited and available while they last.

2:00 PM – Chemistry for Kids Demo
Join Dr. Andy in the Activity Room for an exciting chemistry demonstration packed with surprising reactions and engaging science fun for curious minds of all ages.
