We are excited to have Kyle Carter, Executive Director, Downtown Davenport Partnership and VP Place Management, Quad Cities Chamber for our November History On Tap! The presentation will highlight a high-level history of downtown Davenport’s arc of redevelopment from the late 1970’s to its renaissance in the 2000’s with a focus what drove change along the way and a look to the future.
