Harry Potter
June 3 – June 7, grades 2- 5
Accept your invitation to the Midwest’s premiere wizarding prep school. Take classes including Potions, Charms, Quidditch and more as you discover the science secrets behind the magic!

Jedi Training Camp
June 10 – June 14, grades 3 - 5
Do you have what it takes to conquer space?  Explore black holes, space exploration, rocketry and discover how to ‘use the force’ in a week sure to be out of this world!

Body Shop
June 24 -  June 28, grades 3 – 5
Learn what it takes to run the most incredible machine in the world – the human body! We’ll explore amazing systems and learn what it takes to keep our engines purring! 

Rube Goldberg Design Academy
July 8 – July 12, grades 4 – 8
Can you use a golf ball to open a bottle or a string to swing a bat? Discover the power of tinkering to really make things happen and create a functional Rube Goldberg machine.

Putnamology
July 15 – 19, grades 3 – 5
It’s STEM camp the Putnam way! Spend your week with hands-on, exciting science, technology, engineering and math activities.  Science + Fun  = Putnamology!

Morning: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Afternoon: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Fee: $85, 2 Half Day Camps: $160 (Members: Half-day - $76.50, 2 half-day $150)

Superhero Science Academy
June 17 – June 21, K – 2, Morning
Can you really jump over a building in a single bound? Discover the power of the human body, perform some amazing feats and discover what we really need to be super-human!

Grossology
June 17 – June 21, K – 2, Afternoon
It’s stinky, sticky, crusty, oozy – and it’s in YOU!  Join us for a camp that explores all the incredible – and sometimes gross – ways our bodies do what they do.

Bugs and Butterflies for Little Guys…and girls!
July 29 – August 2, K - 2, Morning
Explore your A, BEE, C’s in this week dedicated to learning about our insect friends. Discover millions of butterflies on the Giant Screen, race a real Madagascar cockroach and spin a web any spider would be envious of. It’ll be a bug’s life at the Putnam!

Copy Cat Critters
July 29 – August 2, K - 2, Afternoon
It’s a game of critter hide-and-seek as campers explore some of the amazing adaptations in our animal kingdom. Try camouflaging with extra eyes and color changing as you copy some clever critters in this camp!

CSI – Bodies
July 1, grades 6 – 8
Explore the forensic side of the human body in this day camp designed to let you dig in and explore the incredible information available inside each of us.

No Boys Allowed! (science for girls)
July 2, grades 6 – 8
Grab your best girlfriends and leave the boys behind as we spend the day experiencing science our own way. Dive in, discover and discuss your way through all things science!

By the Numbers
July 5, grades 6 – 8
Who knows what we’ll find when we apply a googol, a jiffy, a palindrome or a little pi… Use your powers of deduction, uncover clues and solve a mystery in this puzzling day long camp!

Engineering Kids Day Camp
Choose One Day: July 22 (grades 2 - 3), July 23, July 24, July 25
(grades 4 - 6), July 26 (grades 7 – 8), 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Back by popular demand! Don’t miss this opportunity to create and learn side by side with Quad City Professional Engineers. Explore robotics; test your engineering problem-solving and even take in a Giant Screen film. Lunch and t-shirt included in this special camp.  Fee includes activities, lunch and a t-shirt.
