Scheduling Your Field Trip!

1. Download a registration worksheet.

This will take you step by step through the field trip reservation process. Click here to download!

4. Contact the Education Department

2. Choose two or three preferred dates/times.

We extend our public hours to serve school groups! Call at least three weeks in advance. This increases your chances of getting preferred dates/times.

5. Ask about our subsidy funds to offset the cost
of your field trip!

Local grants and foundations provide funds to assist schools with educational visits. The amount of your funding can be confirmed during the reservation process.

3. Have the following information ready:

  • school name and address
  • grade level and number of students
  • preferred dates/times
  • number of chaperones
  • payment method (PO, check/credit card)
  • phone number of contact person
  • free/reduced rate lunch percentage
