Scope Notes: This collection is housed in three boxes and is comprised of two albums containing 62 and 104 photographs respectively, 53 photos of sites and digs, 128 photos of specimens, and 81 negatives, for a total of 347 photographs. The Indian Mounds at Albany, Illinois, edited by Elaine Bluhm Herold, Davenport Museum Anthropological Papers No. 1, is included as part of the collection, and as an aid to the researcher.

Scope Notes: Collection consists of two photographs which were in a single folder (also part of collection). Photos are of Hugo Arzberger and his sons Robert E. and William A. In the 1927 photo, the boys are dressed in sailor outfits. In the 1944 photo, the sons are in Navy uniforms.
